Troopers say Caldwell, of East Nottingham Township, was last spotted on the 2600 block of Robert Fulton Highway in Fulton Township, Lancaster County. At the time, he was wearing a black sweatshirt and a dark-colored ballcap.
Caldwell is described as 5-foot-10 and 230 pounds with grey hair. In addition to East Nottingham and Fulton townships, he has ties to the state of Maryland, state police said.
